Starting with specific goals, the proper steps are taken to ensure you will reach them
safely and efficiently. Once initial assessments are made, you will be guided through
every element of your program, focusing on what you want to accomplish.
Kayla (Brosious) Johnson, CPT/Owner
Kayla is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise and has other certifications in spinning, maternity fitness and facilitated stretching. Kayla has lived in Missoula all her life and attended Frenchtown High School and the University of Montana. She has been actively involved in the Missoula fitness industry for over ten years, leading others in personal training and fitness classes. She actively competes in triathlons throughout the northwest during the summer and enjoys downhill skiing, camping, and spending time with her family during the "off-season."
